At Vini Trading, our pricing policy is designed to adapt to the needs and billing profile of each client. Below we detail the most important aspects:

Prices according to Billing Profile

The prices and conditions of our products may vary depending on the customer's billing profile. For this reason, we recommend checking directly with your sales representative to obtain updated rates, since prices, availability and references are subject to change due to the addition of new products, stock entries or the discontinuation of some items.

Rate Update

Prices and conditions of our products may vary depending on the client's invoicing profile. For this reason, we recommend that you directly contact your sales agent to obtain the most updated prices and availability. It is important to note that these prices may override any previous version and may be modified without prior notice due to external factors such as fluctuations in stocks.

If you prefer, you can request access to the rates in EXCEL or CSV format, which are  daily updated to ensure that you always have the most recent information.

Rates in PDF format are updated less frequently, so prices and references may vary from the most recent versions.

Automation and Price Synchronization

To facilitate the integration of information into your systems, we offer automated files in CSV or EXCEL format . These files contain daily updated logistics data, such as:

  • Available stock
  • Internal code
  • Part Code, EAN, INTRASTAT
  • Product Description
  • Brand and product family
  • Units per box and minimum purchase quantities
  • Transfer prices and other logistical details

This allows for efficient and accurate synchronization with your own product management system.

Retail Price Policy (RRP)

At Vini Trading we do not provide retail prices (MSRP), as these may vary depending on the market and the commercial strategy of each client.

Stock Availability

We have two main categories in terms of stock availability:

  1. Products with high turnover and local stock, which are always available on a regular basis.
  2. Product lines made to order, which are imported from our European headquarters or gradually introduced depending on their acceptance in different channels.

The replenishment time for our represented brands, such as PLATINET and OMEGA , is generally 7 to 10 working days, with stock arrivals at the end of the week.

Product Lines

We work with a wide range of products that are grouped into the following main categories:

Batteries and chargers by brand.

Consumer electronics, including peripherals for computing, telephony, audio/video, gaming, office, stationery, personal care and more, with brands such as PLATINET and OMEGA.

LED lighting

Flash drives (pendrives, cards).
