Registration request
In order to make purchases with us, it is necessary to create an account. Below, we indicate the steps you must follow to complete this process. Remember that we do not sell to individual end customers, so you must be a company or self-employed.
1. Send Registration Request
Fill out our New Customer Registration Form and complete the required information.
Alternatively, you can send an email to vini@vinitrading.es . This will trigger a call from our sales team to guide you through the process.
2. Required Documentation
Make sure to send the necessary documentation according to your situation:
If you are a COMPANY: Include a copy of the CIF (Tax Identification Code).
If you are a SELF-EMPLOYED PERSON: Provide a copy of the IAE (Tax on Economic Activities). In this case, you must also indicate if you have an Equivalence Surcharge .
Also, include the most detailed tax data possible, such as:
- Contact numbers
- Emails authorized for sending commercial information and invoices
- Tax address
3. Delivery Information
It is very important that you detail any specific conditions for delivery, including:
- If delivery must be made only on pallet
- If a van is needed for delivery
- Available delivery times
- Please indicate the order number
- Request a specific time and day for delivery
4. Registration Confirmation
Once we have received all the data and documentation, after 24 hours , your account will be active in our system.
