Our warranty policy is designed to protect our customers and ensure their satisfaction.

1. Application of the Guarantee

The warranty applies only between companies. This means that the Distributor is responsible for ensuring that the purchased products are used in accordance with normal operating conditions. These conditions are detailed in the catalogues, instructions and manuals available to the user, both in physical and digital format.

2. Duration of the Warranty

The warranty lasts 3 years from the date of the sales invoice, covering factory defects in the product.

This warranty complies with European warranty regulations.

3. Warranty Limitations

It is important to note that, under no circumstances, Vini Trading SL guarantees that the products supplied are suitable to solve a specific problem of the user. Furthermore, Vini Trading SL is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for any consequences arising from the use of the product, including:

  • Direct or indirect damages.
  • Accidents suffered by people.
  • Damage to property other than the product.
  • Loss of profit or loss of earnings.
  • Damage or loss of data recorded by the user.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the Distributor and the end Customer to verify the correct use and application of the product, as well as to comply with the operating instructions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or use not in accordance with the specifications provided.

5. Claims Process

In the event of factory defects within the warranty period, the Distributor must manage the claim process. To initiate a claim, the Distributor must follow the procedure set out in our after-sales management policy.
