Shipping and Transport

At Vini Trading we strive to provide a high quality shipping service that meets the needs of our customers.

Our shipping policies, costs and delivery times are detailed below.

1. Shipping

Delivery to the Peninsula.

For a single peninsular delivery.

  • FREE for orders over €300 net and with products in stock (before taxes, CANON LPI, CANON RAEE, VAT, etc.).
  • €6 + VAT for orders less than €300 .

We also offer the option of pick-up at our facilities.

If you choose this option, you must wait for a notification from our warehouse that your order is ready, as orders are placed in the order they are received.

Pick-up times : Mon-Thu 09:00-14:00 / 15:00-17:00h; Fri 08:00-16:00h.

Delivery to the Balearic Islands.

  • For orders over €600 net, shipping costs are €6 + VAT .
  • For orders under €300 net, shipping costs are €12 + VAT .
  • Please consult for INCLUDED SHIPPING based on cubic capacity, weight and destination.

Delivery to the Canary Islands

  • Shipments are made by sea through Agencia Canteras .
  • For orders under €500, shipping is €50 .
  • For orders over €500, shipping is shared at €30 .
  • For orders over €1000, SHIPPING INCLUDED .

International Shipping.

International shipping costs and options will be calculated during the quote or order process, considering weight, volume and destination.

    2. Delivery Times

    Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to various factors:

    Order reception time: To ensure same-day shipping, we recommend placing your order before noon. Orders received in the afternoon are not guaranteed to be shipped, as shipping agencies collect orders from 4:30 p.m. onwards and due to an overload of orders, they are prepared in the order in which they are received.

    Delivery location: The geography of the destination may influence the delivery time.

    Stock availability: If a product is not available, we will inform the customer about the date of next availability.

    Required Documentation: Lack of documentation that prevents delivery may delay shipment.

    Order modifications: Changes requested by the customer may extend the delivery time.

    Non-compliance: If the customer fails to comply with contractual obligations, such as payments, this may affect the delivery time.

    External causes: Factors such as strikes, transportation problems, or force majeure may cause delays.

    Estimated times:

    • Peninsula:
      • Packages maximum 30Kg: 24-48 hours (TIPSA Agency).
      • >30Kg per Pallet: 24-72 hours (TRANSAHER Agency).
    • Balearic Islands: 72 hours with stocks available in Madrid.
    • Canary Islands: Approximately 3-4 days by sea.
      • Orders must be received no later than Wednesday to ensure shipment.
      • The agency picks up on Thursdays.
      • Pickups on Friday mornings do not guarantee boarding due to space limitations on the boats.
      • Deliveries would be Monday-Tuesday of the following week. 

    International Shipping: International shipping times will be calculated individually and the customer will be informed about the agency, tracking number and contact.

    3. Order Delivery information and incidents

    It is essential to provide specific details for delivery, including times, special instructions (for example: do not deliver on pallet, van only, reflect order number on the delivery note, requests for delivery time and day, etc.).

    IMPORTANT. Upon receipt of an order, the customer must check the condition of the order on the outside, boxes or pallets, to ensure that they do not show any signs of tampering, breakage, dents, etc. In the event of an incident, it is mandatory that this be REFLECTED on the carrier's delivery note and, if possible, provide a photograph of the condition of the order for the claim to the transport agency.

    Final Considerations

    In the event of insufficient stocks, we suggest you inquire about new supplies and delivery times depending on the shipping destination. Delivery times may be altered by factors beyond our control, such as force majeure or stock problems.
