Access and/or use of this Vini Trading portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned conditions will be applicable independently of the General Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.

vinitrading.es provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to Vini Trading or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. In said registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, committing to make diligent and confidential use of it. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services that Vini Trading offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to engage in illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith activities, or to cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Vini Trading, its suppliers or third parties.

Vini Trading complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and treatment of the user's personal data. Waste Management and Eco-RAEE Adherence
Vini Trading is associated and adheres to the Eco-RAEE Waste Management System , through the specialized agency UNIBAT. We comply with all legal obligations regarding environmental management and legislation, guaranteeing the correct collection and management of waste, such as batteries and accumulators, in accordance with current regulations.
An eco-tax is applied to the price of certain products, such as batteries and lighting, in compliance with our obligations to collect and subsequently pay the waste to the authorised waste management agency. The amounts corresponding to this fee are clearly reflected in our rates and on the invoices issued.
Packaging and Order Preparation
All the tools used, such as pallets, comply with the European International Standards regarding composition and phytosanitary measures, ensuring respect for health and the environment. In addition, Vini Trading uses packaging and packing materials, such as shrink-wrapping rolls and cardboard boxes, which come from recycled materials, supplied by certified suppliers.
Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency
Vini Trading is committed to the efficient use of renewable energy, having installed solar panels in our facilities for self-consumption and reducing our carbon footprint. In addition, we have implemented LED lighting in all our facilities, in order to reduce electricity consumption.
Safety and Sustainability in Our Facilities
Strict safety measures are applied in our facilities, including fire protection systems and internal temperature regulation in accordance with current regulations, to ensure both the safety of our employees and energy efficiency.
Recycling and Internal Waste Management
At Vini Trading , internal recycling of materials such as plastics and cardboard is carried out daily, depositing them in specific containers for proper management. Likewise, battery recycling is managed through UNIBAT , using special containers for their collection and subsequent treatment in accordance with environmental regulations.
