How to buy
At Vini Trading, we offer different ways for our clients to manage their purchases efficiently and adapted to their needs.
There is no minimum order required.
Please note that certain references in the battery line have a minimum purchase per box, which varies depending on the manufacturer.
Below we explain the different options you have to manage your orders and ensure a smooth shopping experience:
1. Purchase through your Assigned Sales Representative.
Personalized Management: You can place your orders through the sales representative assigned to your account. Make sure to send your order via email before noon to ensure its preparation and delivery on time.
Continuous Advice: Your sales representative will keep you informed about product availability, arrival dates, and will suggest alternatives in case a product is not in stock.
2. B2B online platform and mobile application.
Access and Registration: Ask your sales representative for the access keys to use our B2B platform if you are already a Vini Trading customer, otherwise you can create an account to access our platform.
From there, you can manage your orders directly, check actual stocks and access prices and products.
Available Functions: The platform allows you to:
- View active products by categories and families
- Check minimum purchase quantities
- Check out Outlet deals and new arrivals
- Keep a history of your orders
- Include observations about each order, such as the associated number and delivery address.
3. Order Proof
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a receipt by email. Please note that this receipt is not definitive, as stocks may change and if the order is less than €300, shipping costs are not included, which will be added to the order proforma.
You will then receive the proforma invoice with shipping costs included, detailing the banking entities where you can make the payment.
Shipping costs: If your order is less than €300 (net and before taxes), a €6 shipping charge will be applied.
Minimum Purchase: There is no minimum order for most products, except for the battery line, where minimum conditions apply.
Stock and Observations: If your order contains products that are out of stock, we do not guarantee the price for future entries. You must indicate whether you wish to leave these products in the basket as pending. If you do not do so, these products will be cancelled.
4. Proforma Confirmation
Data Review: Upon receiving the proforma, check that all details are correct, including billing and delivery addresses, delivery times, product prices and quantities.
If a reference does not appear, it may be because there is no stock.
Quick Confirmation: If everything is correct, please confirm the proforma as soon as possible to secure your order.
Validity: Orders are valid for 3 business days . If you do not confirm your order within this period, we do not guarantee prices or stocks.
5. Payment
Payment method: Those clients who have PREPAID payment method, will be sent from the email vini@vinitrading.es, a proforma invoice with the subject:
"Vini Trading Proforma NE2400xxxx + customer name", corresponding to your order indicating the payment conditions, banking entities to make the payment and validity period of the proforma.
